Datalyze audits your Amplitude setup, implements tracking, connects your other tools, and helps your team turn the data into experiments and decisions.
You want to get it right from day one, but it isn't clear what to track, what to call it, or how to structure events and user properties optimized for humans and AI agents.
02
You don't trust the numbers in Amplitude
Data is flowing in, but it doesn't match your warehouse or your other tools, and nobody can explain the gap. We find out why, and fix it.
03
You're moving to Amplitude
You're migrating from GA4, Mixpanel or PostHog, and you don't want to lose historical data, break user identity, or rebuild every chart.
04
You have the data, but no answers
Events are in Amplitude, but decisions are still made on gut feel, because no one knows which charts to look at or which experiments to run.

What we do in Amplitude
Audit
We go through your Amplitude setup and tell you what's working, what's broken, and what to fix first.
Every event and property, checked to see it fires at the right moment
User identity, so one person shows up as one user across devices
Gaps that are easy to miss, like an event that should fire from 10 places but only fires from 5
A prioritised list of what's working, what isn't, and how to fix each issue

Setup, fix & implementation
We plan what to track, implement it and check every event before anyone uses the data.
A tracking plan: what to track, and how to structure it
Events implemented in your codebase, or work with your developers
Every event and property checked once it's live
Outstanding issues fixed, so the team can trust the numbers
About four weeks. Week 1 is the audit and tracking plan, weeks 2 and 3 are implementation and fixes, and the setup is live in week 4.
Do we need our own developers?+
It's up to you. If you share access to your codebase, we can do the implementation ourselves. If not, we write the tracking plan, tell your developers exactly what to add, and check each event once it's live.
Can you fix our existing Amplitude setup instead of starting over?+
Yes. Most teams we work with already have Amplitude. We audit what you have, fix what's broken, add what's missing and keep what works. Rebuilding from zero is rarely needed.
Can you move us to Amplitude from GA4, Mixpanel or PostHog?+
Yes. We map your old events to a clean Amplitude tracking plan, rebuild the charts your team uses, and import your past data where the old tool lets you export it.
Can Amplitude work with our data warehouse?+
Yes. Amplitude can import data from warehouses like BigQuery, Snowflake and Databricks, and export its own data back. We set up both directions, so product, revenue and marketing numbers match.
Should we use Amplitude, Mixpanel or PostHog?+
Amplitude and Mixpanel are the strongest at pure product analysis. PostHog does less analysis but bundles replays, feature flags, SQL and pipelines in one tool. We use all three, and we'll tell you honestly which fits your team.
Do you only set up Amplitude, or also help us use it?+
Both. Setup is the first part. After that we look at why users churn or don't convert, run experiments to fix it, and go through the results with your team every week.
Do we own what you build?+
Yes. The tracking plan, charts and documentation all live in your own tools, so your team keeps everything after we're done.
