Datalyze is a PostHog Implementation Specialist. We help you setup all of PostHog and get answers from it: error tracking, data warehouse, session replays, feature flags, experiments, etc.
You want to set up PostHog right from day one. But it does so much that it's hard to know where to start.
02
You don't trust the numbers in PostHog
Your PostHog looks set up. Yet funnels are off and the numbers don't match Stripe or RevenueCat. We find out why and fix it.
03
You're moving to PostHog
You're migrating from GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude to cut tools and cost, and you don't want to lose historical data, break user identity, or rebuild every insight.
04
You have the data, but no answers
PostHog has error tracking, vision replays, and clean data, but decisions are still made on gut feel, because no one knows what to look at or how to query it.

What we do in PostHog
Audit
We go through your PostHog setup and tell you what's working, what's broken, and what to fix first.
Every event and property, checked to see it fires at the right moment
User identity, so one person shows up as one person, before and after login
Identify if your vision replays, error tracking, warehouse sources and destinations, workflows and feature flags are set up right.
A prioritised list of what's working, what isn't, and how to fix each issue

Setup, fix & implementation
We plan what to track, implement it and check every event before anyone uses the data.
A tracking plan: what to track, and how to structure it
Events implemented in your codebase, or work with your developers
Every event and property checked once it's live
Setup additional features like feature flags, vision replays, error tracking, and warehouse sources and destinations
About four weeks. Week 1 is the audit and tracking plan, weeks 2 and 3 are implementation and fixes, and the setup is live in week 4.
Do we need our own developers?+
It's up to you. If you share access to your codebase, we can do the implementation ourselves. If not, we write the tracking plan, tell your developers exactly what to add, and check each event once it's live.
Can you fix our existing PostHog setup instead of starting over?+
Yes. Most teams we work with already have PostHog. We audit what you have, fix what's broken, add what's missing and keep what works. Rebuilding from zero is rarely needed.
Can you move us to PostHog from GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude?+
Yes. We map your old events to a clean PostHog tracking plan, rebuild the insights your team uses, and import your past data where the old tool lets you export it.
Can PostHog replace our data warehouse?+
For many early-stage teams, mostly yes. PostHog can pull in data from Stripe, your CRM, ad platforms and your own database, and you can query all of it with SQL. We set that up, and tell you when you've outgrown it.
Should we use PostHog, Mixpanel or Amplitude?+
PostHog bundles analytics, replays, feature flags, experiments, SQL and pipelines in one tool, which is why we often recommend it. Mixpanel and Amplitude are stronger at pure analytics. We use all three, and we'll tell you honestly which fits your team.
Do you only set up PostHog, or also help us use it?+
Both. Setup is the first part. After that we look at why users churn or don't convert, run experiments to fix it, and go through the results with your team every week.
Is Datalyze an official PostHog partner?+
Datalyze is a PostHog Implementation Specialist. We're also a Mixpanel Certified Partner, and we work across Amplitude, BigQuery, Snowflake, dbt and Segment.
Do we own what you build?+
Yes. The tracking plan, insights, SQL models and documentation all live in your own tools, so your team keeps everything after we're done.
